Personally, I think the best way to learn creative writing is to write! Let others read your writing from time to time, but write a short story or a few pages every day. Never give up. The more you keep at it, the more the ideas will flow, and pretty soon you’ll have so many you have to keep a notebook with you at all times just to get them all down on paper!
